About WMV-Solution
WMV-Solution GmbH is a medium-sized family company based in Weilmünster in Hesse, specialising in CNC machining and precision manufacturing. The company produces demanding individual parts, prototypes and series components to drawing or 3D data – from complex CNC parts to completely assembled assemblies. The entire process chain is covered in-house: CNC milling (3- and 5-axis including automation), CNC turning up to Ø 250 mm and lengths up to 1 m, wire and sinker EDM, surface and cylindrical grinding, honing as well as the assembly of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies. Materials machined include construction steel, tool steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics; surface treatment and heat treatment are carried out by external partners. Customers come from special machinery construction, mechanical engineering, toolmaking, jig and fixture making as well as packaging and filling systems engineering. A team of more than 15 skilled professionals manufactures with a machine park including two 5-axis milling machines, measuring machines and CAD/CAM support.

Quality
Every product undergoes quality inspections including a final inspection; components are measured on a 3D measuring machine (Mirco VAL 343), supplemented by a 2D measuring projector. On request, the team prepares an inspection report for every product.
