About WOBAMATEC
WOBAMATEC is a CNC manufacturing company founded in 2009 and based in Neuching in the district of Erding near Munich. The company produces components and assemblies on modern three- and five-axis machining centres as well as high-speed milling machines; the focus is on aluminium machining, and all other materials are processed as well. Specialities are prototypes, single parts and small series, complemented by CAD/CAM programming, assembly of units, functional testing and the coordination of surface treatments such as anodising, glass bead blasting, hardening, nitriding and coating via partner companies. Turning work is offered in cooperation with qualified partner companies. Customers come from the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, high-frequency technology, research and development, aerospace, and mechanical and plant engineering. Since December 2018, the company has been manufacturing in its own production hall with an office building in the Feldlerchenstraße industrial estate in Neuching and is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015.

Quality
Quality assurance includes incoming goods inspection, component inspection with calibrated measuring equipment and functional testing during assembly of units. The machine park is equipped with measuring probes (Renishaw, m&h, Blum) and tool measurement; the purchase of a coordinate measuring machine including a measuring room is planned.
