Wolf Verpackungen GmbH develops and manufactures custom packaging and transport solutions from design through to shipping. The product portfolio includes standardized and customer-specific solutions made from plastic sheets, solid plastic, hollow-chamber sheets (HKP), solid cardboard, EPP, Piocelan and cut foam. Using the deep-drawing process (thermoforming), component-specific trays, workpiece carriers, load carriers, films and inserts for small load carriers (KLT) as well as stacking and rotating containers are produced. The service portfolio ranges from material consulting, mould and toolmaking in aluminium, Ureol, block materials and wood, to 5-axis CNC milling, assembly of modules, storage, shipping and take-back of the packaging. Over 30 years of experience in model making flow into production; output ranges from one-off items and prototypes to series production. Customers include in particular the automotive industry and mechanical engineering, among others for steering columns, airbags, belt tensioners, drive shafts, brake boosters and sensitive machine parts.
