Crane manufacturer with over 170 years of tradition
WOLFFKRAN is a German-Swiss manufacturer and lessor of tower cranes headquartered in Cham in the canton of Zug. Founded in 1854 as an iron foundry in Heilbronn, the company designs and manufactures slewing-unit tower cranes with trolley jib as well as luffing jib cranes in 22 models and over 30 variants. The red cranes are made from steel at the two production plants in Heilbronn (parent plant) and Luckau (Brandenburg), with the modular tower technology based on the drive-through bolted connection developed by WOLFFKRAN and a modular kit system. Since 2024 there has been a joint venture with the Zamil Group with a production facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In addition to new crane sales, WOLFFKRAN offers rental with a fleet of around 840 tower cranes, used crane and spare parts sales, service, lifting accessories, and assistance technologies such as the High-Speed Positioning System HiSPS. Around 950 employees serve customers from building construction, infrastructure, and power plant construction through an international network of branches in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
