Wolfgang Brand Metallverarbeitung GmbH is an owner-managed contract manufacturer in Obertshausen (Hesse) focused on CNC milling, CNC turning, welding and surface finishing. The company produces single pieces, small batches and series parts from various metals as well as GRP base bodies; CAD data can be supplied as DWG, DXF, Step or Solid. Processes include orbital and MIG/MAG welding on specially built rotating fixtures, vibratory finishing (trowalizing), glass bead blasting and needle embossing for part marking. In addition, the company develops and sells its own products such as crank arm shorteners, pedal pendulums, orbital clamping jaws and spare parts, including consulting and on-site assembly.
