About WOLFTECH
WOLFTECH develops and supplies rigid warm-edge spacer systems for manufacturers of insulating glass units. The product platforms AlphaTherm Pro (ABS reinforced with 30 % glass fiber, λeq 0.14 W/(mK)) and WOLFTECH Low Psi (polypropylene with 40 % glass fiber, λeq 0.155 W/(mK)) combine low thermal conductivity, dimensional stability and multi-layer barrier protection against gas loss and moisture. Standard widths are 8–20 mm (AlphaTherm Pro) and 12–20 mm (Low Psi); larger widths are possible to specification. The spacers are supplied as 5.1-m boxes, 6-m straight lengths or 5.0-m boxes and are designed for existing IGU production lines. WOLFTECH Low Psi is certified for bending with LiSEC ZRC & ROC and compatible with Lombarda systems; the bending certification of AlphaTherm Pro is in progress (target end of Q3 2026). Matching corner keys and connectors as well as accessories for controlled gas filling complete the system. The location is Johanniskirchen in Bavaria.
