Raw materials expertise since 1851
The Worlée Group is a traditional, family-run Hamburg company in its fifth generation that has been producing, refining and distributing raw materials since 1851. In the business divisions Chemicals, NaturProdukte (food) and Cosmetics, water-based and solvent-based acrylate and alkyd resins, aqueous alkyd emulsions, polyesters, epoxy esters and additives for the coatings industry are produced; in the NaturProdukte division, dried plant-based raw materials such as spices, herbs, fruits, vegetables and tea are refined. In addition to its own products, Worlée offers contract manufacturing: polycondensation, polymerization (pressure/pressureless), polyaddition and emulsification as well as food refinement such as sieving, electronic sorting (X-ray, laser and camera technology), milling, mixing, drying and germ reduction. Chemical production takes place at the northern German sites of Lauenburg/Elbe and Lübeck with own R&D and application laboratories; the refinement of NaturProdukte as well as an own logistics center (NOAHH) are located in Hamburg. The product range is complemented by products from international principals; distribution is active in over 80 countries.
