Dosing and Mixing Systems for Plastics Processing
WOYWOD develops, manufactures and sells dosing and mixing systems for the plastics processing industry, in particular the modular PLASTICOLOR system with dosing units (70 g/h to 4,800 kg/h), volumetric and gravimetric blending systems, additive dosing systems, color change systems as well as hopper scales and throughput measurement systems. The portfolio is complemented by vacuum and suction conveyors, drying systems, controls and accessories. The systems are used in extrusion, hollow-body blow molding and injection molding, from cable and film manufacturers to the food, chemical and environmental industries. All dosing and mixing systems are final-manufactured, assembled and tested in the company's own plant in Werneuchen/Seefeld; custom designs are created by the in-house CAD design office. Services include consulting, commissioning, remote maintenance, training, logistics with worldwide delivery as well as a spare parts warehouse with over 10,000 items. The sales and administrative headquarters are located in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Quality
All PLASTICOLOR systems are final-manufactured, assembled and tested at the Werneuchen/Seefeld plant by trained specialists. After approval of the design drawings, thorough quality control is carried out before worldwide delivery.

History

Foundation as a one-man business/engineering office for extrusion technology by Reinhold Bollschweiler in Berlin.

Start of sales of PLASTICOLOR units and systems for the plastics processing industry.

Acquisition of the rights to PLASTICOLOR; refocusing of the product range on dosing and mixing systems; establishment of worldwide sales from Gräfelfing near Munich.
