WS Wieländer+Schill GmbH & Co. KG develops, manufactures and distributes professional body repair special tools and special equipment for vehicle repair. The product range includes riveting technology (XSeries with XPress 800 and XPress 1000 SC for punch, blind and flow-form riveting), welding technology for resistance spot, gas-shielded (MIG/MAG) and stud welding including test equipment, cutting tools such as body saws, files, mills and grinding equipment, dent removal technology, spray gun washing machines, high-voltage equipment for electric vehicles as well as workplace systems with mobile extraction stations. The in-house development department WSEngineering works together with automotive manufacturers; more than 60 own patents attest to the development capability. Tools are designed for materials such as steel, high- and ultra-high-strength steels (Usibor, BTR, TRIP, ZSTE), aluminium, cast, GFRP and CFRP. Manufacturing, development and distribution are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In Germany, distribution is handled via an own field service network, worldwide via around 170 dealers in about 80 countries. The company is based in Tuningen in Baden-Württemberg.
