WSA:Automation is a start-up re-founded in 2019, based in Jockgrim near Karlsruhe, specializing in industrial automation and digitalization. The company offers the complete package for plant and machine engineering: from software development with tailored PLC programming (TIA, S5, S7, CodeSys, Beckhoff) and robot programming (KUKA, EPSON, Stäubli, ABB), through electrical engineering and hardware planning with EPLAN P8, to in-house control cabinet assembly, installation and on-site commissioning at the customer's premises. The portfolio is complemented by project management, visualization, documentation, VIBN and the creation of a digital twin. Projects focus on special machinery, in particular systems for pharmaceutical products, chemicals, plastics, adhesive systems as well as tobacco and food products. Projects already realized include mirror welding machines for dialysis filters, sterilization rotary systems, handling systems with camera inspection stations, sorting robots, and filling and packaging systems. Projects are carried out worldwide, most recently in Lyon, France.
