About WTB Wagner Technik Berlin
WTB Wagner Technik Berlin is a family-run sole proprietorship founded in 2007 and based in Luckau (Brandenburg). The company specializes in rubber buffers and rubber-to-metal bonds and sells its range through an online shop: more than 1,000 different rubber buffers are available from stock and are shipped daily in over 100 consignments by parcel service or freight forwarder. Since its founding, the company has supplied more than 5,000 customers from all continents. In addition to standard products made of natural rubber, EPDM, NBR, chloroprene and silicone, the company manufactures custom rubber-to-metal parts to drawing, photo or sample, including buffers with modified hardness levels from 30° to 80° Shore, special threads, RAL colors as well as metal parts made of steel, brass, aluminium or stainless steel A2/A4. The product portfolio includes, among other things, buffer stops, rail and ram buffers, crane track stops, silent bushes and self-adhesive elastic buffers. Customers come from industries ranging from industry and trades to automotive and mechanical engineering through to pharmaceuticals and the food industry.

Materials and Elastomers
Natural rubber
Standard material with high tensile strength, elasticity and good dynamic values; hardness levels from 30° to 80° Shore can be realized at short notice.
Ethylene-propylene-terpolymer rubber
Very good ozone, temperature and aging resistance, suitable for outdoor use under severe weather exposure.
Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber
Excellent fuel and mineral oil resistance with low compression set.
Chloroprene rubber
Balanced property profile with good weather and chemical resistance as well as particular flame retardancy.
Silicone rubber
Very aging-resistant and temperature-resistant up to +200 °C, suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications.
Steel
Metal component for custom rubber-to-metal parts according to customer requirements.
Aluminium
Metal component for custom rubber-to-metal parts according to customer requirements.
Brass
Metal component for custom rubber-to-metal parts according to customer requirements.
Stainless steel A2 and A4
Metal parts for rubber buffers in all elastomer versions, also with special threads.
