WTO Werkzeug-Einrichtungen GmbH develops and manufactures precise tool holders for turning centers, Swiss-type long lathes, multi-spindle lathes, and ultra-high-speed spindles (CoolSpeed®). The portfolio includes driven and static tool holders, quick-change systems such as QuickFlex® and QuickFlex smart with process monitoring, Coromant Capto® and nanoFlex®, as well as multiple spindle heads, shaft and face holders, broaching, gear hobbing, and power skiving units. Manufacturing is carried out with great manufacturing depth and modern production technologies at the headquarters in Ohlsbach, where the Smart Factory with Industry 4.0 production technology was acquired in 2021. The products are used worldwide, wherever precise components are manufactured with high productivity on turning centers. Own sales and service centers in Charlotte (USA) and Shanghai (China) and a branch in Milan support the international market; a factory-owned repair service maintains tool holders of all brands.
