About us

Würfel Kunststofftechnik GmbH is an independent, mid-sized supplier of plastics manufacturing and toolmaking based in Velten near Berlin. Founded in 1976, the company produces injection-molded parts from 1.5 g to 2,500 g on 26 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 50 to 1,300 tonnes, using standard and 2K processes as well as insert and overmolding technology, with annual capacities of 5,000 to 160 million items. Almost all engineering plastics are processed, including ABS, PA, glass-fiber-reinforced PA materials and flame-retardant materials. Manufacturing is complemented by an in-house toolmaking operation with design in CATIA V5 and Varimetrix, milling, wire EDM and laser welding, by finishing (digital printing, pad printing, welding, hot embossing) as well as manual and automated assembly including logistics. Key customers come from the automotive industry, from franking machine manufacturers and from the tool case systems sector (L-BOXX). The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 and supplies over 150 million items and modules annually.
