About us

Würz & Gysler Maschinenbau GmbH is a machining contract manufacturer based in Schwanau, Baden-Württemberg. The 16-strong team produces turned and milled parts on around 1,000 m² of production space with 14 CNC production machines in almost all material grades – from single parts to medium and small series. In turning, components from Ø 10 mm to Ø 1350 mm and lengths up to 4000 mm are machined; in milling, among others, two 5-axis machining centers (GROB G350 and G550) with pallet automation are available. In addition, sawing, grinding and slotting as well as CAD/CAM programming with TopSolid are offered. Heat treatment, coating and sheet metal working (laser cutting, press braking, robotic welding) are carried out via established partners, including B-T-F GmbH in Ettenheim.
