Wuxi Cast GmbH (WCF), based in Düren, is a German company for steel, grey and spheroidal castings with a core competence in heat-resistant stainless steel castings. The company was founded in 1996 by Weijie Zhu, who had previously established the largest non-governmental foundry for heat-resistant stainless steel castings, Wuxi Cast China, on the market. WCF combines German engineering with the manufacturing depth of its Chinese sister plant and a worldwide supplier base. The service portfolio covers consulting, 3D design in SolidWorks (file formats .igs, .step, .dwg, .dxf), pattern making in wood, plastic and metal, various casting processes as well as machining up to the ready-to-install component and welded assemblies. Industries served include the hardening industry, industrial furnace construction, machinery and plant engineering, power plant, steel mill and cement industries as well as the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Deliveries are made worldwide, including tantalum tube bundle heat exchangers with CE marking.
