About WW-K Warmwalzwerk Königswinter GmbH
WW-K Warmwalzwerk Königswinter GmbH is a specialized partner for the manufacturing, processing, and distribution of wide flat steel, forgings, and punching and burning parts. For around 50 years, the company has been producing and processing wide flat steel and rounds, since 2010 as an independent company. On its own rolling mill line, a production program is created with a very wide range of dimensions: standard dimensions from 240 to 860 mm width, 5 to 80 mm thickness, and 3000 to 20000 mm length; forgings are manufactured up to 30 tons. The value creation includes hot rolling, CNC-controlled burning cutting of formed parts and rounds, edge processing (rolling and milling edges), blasting according to DIN EN ISO 8501-1, and heat treatment in the rolling furnace (normalizing, stress-relieving annealing, hardening, tempering). The material program ranges from unalloyed structural steels to fine-grained, quenched-tempered, and weather-resistant structural steels, as well as tool and wear steels. Customers come from Automotive, steel trade, offshore, tool manufacturing, civil and structural engineering, as well as metal and mechanical engineering. The site is in Königswinter in North Rhine-Westphalia, with its own rail connection for shipping and logistics.
