About X-SENSORS
X-SENSORS AG is a Swiss manufacturer of high-precision force and strain sensors based on strain gauge (SG) technology. For 25 years, the company has been developing and producing sensors for leading OEMs in special applications – from custom OEM sensors to standard sensors from series production. The portfolio includes force sensors, strain transducers, measuring amplifiers, display devices and accessories such as cables, connectors and junction boxes; measuring ranges span from 10 N to 20,000 kN. The entire value chain – from development through strain gauge bonding to production and final inspection – is kept in-house. The sensors are used worldwide, including in injection moulding machines, punching and pressing machinery, elevators, ropeways, automated guided vehicles and wind farms. In addition to its headquarters in Diessenhofen, the company has production sites in Eastern Europe and the Far East. The process and quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (SQS).

Sensor Technology & Technologies
Strain gauge technology
Force and strain sensors measure the smallest strains in the sensor body and convert them into a linear output signal.
SG bonding onto existing structures
Strain gauges are bonded in-house and produced all the way to the finished sensor.

Quality & Certification
The process and quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SQS; the re-certification audit was successfully completed. Every sensor undergoes development, production and final inspection in-house; calibrations are performed, for example, with high-load cylinders up to 5000 kN.
