XADAX.io GmbH is an owner-managed automation company founded in 2020 and headquartered in Helmbrechts in the Automation Valley of Northern Bavaria. The company specializes in Smart Industrial Automation and supports machine and plant builders across the entire project life cycle: from consulting and concept development through electrical design (EPLAN P8), PLC, robot and motion programming and HMI software development, to commissioning and production support. Control panel construction and electrical assembly are handled via a partner network (UL or IEC). A second focus is on machine data acquisition and analysis, MES/ERP integration, predictive maintenance, retrofit and asset tracking, including dashboards and reporting. The automation solutions are designed for the target markets of Europe, Asia and North America. Technologies used include Siemens, Rockwell Automation, SEW, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff, B&R as well as robot platforms from ABB, Stäubli, KUKA, FANUC and others.
