History
Before founding Xiaman, Hans-Peter Éder and Adriana Álvarez developed the tequila brand Padre Azul from 100 % Tequilana Weber agave.
At the suggestion of Master Mezcalier Kim Albarrán, following a journey through Oaxaca, the Xiaman Mezcal brand was created, a blend of Tepextate and Espadín agaves.
