King Stream is a manufacturer of custom mannequins, dress forms, clothes hangers, window display props and store fixtures based in Xiamen, China. The company supports international retailers, visual merchandising agencies and purchasing teams from 3D modelling and sculpting through prototyping and mold making to series production, surface finishing, assembly and export packaging. Manufacturing takes place in a 6,500 m² factory with over 60 employees at a daily capacity of 150 mannequins and 1,000 clothes hangers (1,500–5,000 mannequins per month). Materials include paper pulp as an ecological alternative, FRP/GRP, various plastics (PLA, ABS, PC, PS, acrylic, PU) as well as linen, metal, wood and ceramic. Processes range from 3D printing (SLA, FDM/FFF) to FRP forming, vacuum forming, blow molding and PU rotocasting to PVD mirror finish, electroplating, water transfer printing and acrylic bending. Customers include brands such as Max Mara and BALLY; deliveries are made worldwide, with a contact office in Munich for European partners.
