Processes and Technologies
Catalytic Oxidation (Advanced Catalytic Purifier)
Catalytically removes VOCs, odors and pollutants such as amines, formaldehyde, benzene and phenol from exhaust air, among other things in foundries and battery production.
UV-Based Ozonolysis (Ultraviolet Purifier)
Removes pollutants and odors from exhaust air streams through UV-induced ozonolysis, also at low VOC concentrations and high throughput.
Zeolite Adsorption Rotor (Pre-Concentration)
Pre-concentrates large exhaust air volume flows in order to reduce the energy consumption of the downstream exhaust gas purification.
Gas Purification for Special Applications
Purification of gas streams such as H2, CO2, bio-methane, helium, natural gas and krypton.

Quality and Metrology
xpuris offers comprehensive measurement services for determining and controlling emissions, including online measurements (e.g. FID), individual substance analyses and detailed measurement reports. Before the final design, purification systems are verified with mobile test systems under real process parameters.
