About PolyCT – CT upgrade solutions from X-Ray Lab

XRAY-LAB GmbH & Co. KG, based in Sternenfels, develops and markets universal upgrade kits for industrial X-ray computed tomography (CT) systems under the POLYCT brand. The multi-object CT kits enable the simultaneous scanning of several test objects, each with its own rotation axis, increasing throughput by up to a factor of five without intervening in the hardware or software of the existing CT system. Installation is non-invasive by mounting on the existing CT table; alignment is ensured via an integrated laser. In addition, the company offers the POLYREKO reconstruction software with geometry compensation and fast single-object reconstruction, which runs on the local reconstruction client and supports common CT data formats.
