Xtend Blowers Finland Ltd is a Finnish provider specializing in composite impellers and blower systems and a 100% subsidiary of CSI Composite Solutions and Innovations Oy. The company develops, markets and services air-handling solutions under the Xtend Impellers and Xtend Blowers brands; manufacturing and assembly are carried out by CSI at the Halli site (Vehkaojantie 290, 35600 Halli, Finland). The composite impellers replace conventional impellers made of steel and aluminium and offer higher energy efficiency, corrosion resistance and safety against fragmentation. The product and service portfolio includes new installations and OEM projects, spare parts as metal replacement, retrofit and modernization including on-site 3D scanning as well as FEM calculations and aerodynamic design. In addition, field services such as NDT testing, damage assessment, repair, inspections and vibration analysis are offered. With hundreds of units in operation worldwide, Xtend Blowers serves industries such as glass and ceramics, chemicals, pulp & paper, petrochemicals and mobility.
