Y.S. Tech GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, is a development and production partner for the automotive industry. As a Tier 1 supplier, the company develops custom hardware and software for automotive applications, with a focus on high-performance cooling concepts and fluid dynamics systems. Completed projects include seat ventilation based on condensation cooling, cooling of onboard entertainment systems, and the development of a functional switch unit for individual seat adjustment including plastic housing, printed circuit board, silicone mat and plastic caps. The range of services covers application consulting, design, development support with engineers on site at the customer, design-in support, disposition, IMDS entry of recycling material data, and quality assurance throughout the entire product development process. Production of the custom products takes place at an IATF/TS 16949 certified production site whose production standards have additionally been audited by almost all OEMs.
