About Yagmaksan
Yagmaksan is a mechanical engineering company founded in 1994 in the Çorum Organized Industrial Zone (Turkey) by Mustafa Yağlı, who had gained his professional experience in Germany. Production initially used machines imported from Germany; today the company operates on a total area of 30,000 m², of which 10,000 m² is covered. The service portfolio includes CNC machining (milling, turning), gear manufacturing, grinding, welding (TIG & CMT, also robot-assisted), mold making, assembly, and special processes such as blasting, marking and vibratory deburring. Product groups include machine parts, switch parts, fasteners, gear sets, as well as turbine and transmission parts. Customers come from the energy, mechanical engineering, aerospace, rail transport, food & beverage and CNC machine building sectors. With around 125 employees and more than 40 CNC machines, the company exports to more than 13 countries in Europe and America; in Berlin, Yagmaksan operates a branch office with a logistics center.

Quality and Certification
Quality assurance is carried out using 3D coordinate measuring machines from Zeiss, Hexagon and Aberlink, contour measuring devices from Mahr, hardness testing devices from KB Prüftechnik, and spectral analysis from Oxford. Contours, hardness and material composition are tested and documented on the materials side.
