About Yamaha Robotics
Yamaha Robotics EMEA is the Robotics Division of Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. with its German branch in Neuss. Yamaha began developing intelligent machines for automating its own group production as early as 1974, from which today's Robotics Division evolved. The portfolio covers the two areas of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Factory Automation (FA). The SMT section offers end-to-end solutions for high-speed placement of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole (THT) components, including the next-generation YRM series as well as printers and AOI inspection systems. The FA section delivers cost-effective and flexible robotics for applications ranging from tracking and sorting irregularly shaped parts to pick-up, precision assembly and packaging – from tiny SMT components to large semiconductors, modules and electromechanical assemblies. Local teams support customers with experienced SMT and automation specialists and work with technical partners for regionally adapted sales and support.
