zahnkruse... the laboratory – dental technology from a master laboratory
zahnkruse dentale technologie is a master dental laboratory in Hamburg-Bergedorf, run by master dental technician Torben Friedrichsen (e.K.). The laboratory produces the entire spectrum of modern dental technology: aesthetic all-ceramic restorations made of zirconia and IPS e.max with hand-crafted ceramic layering, custom abutments for more than 20 implant systems, telescopic technique, complete dentures, cast partial frameworks via laser sintering, as well as orthodontic splints and aligners. Production combines traditional craftsmanship with CAD/CAM technology: an in-house t.f.digital milling centre with 5-axis milling machines and automation processes zirconium dioxide, titanium, CoCr, PEEK and PMMA, complemented by 3D printing of dental resins for models, splints, surgical guides and provisionals. Digital datasets have been processed since the year 2000; the laboratory integrates open STL datasets and common intraoral scanner formats (including 3Shape Trios, iTero, Cerec Primescan). Every case is inspected by master technicians under the four-eyes principle; the laboratory is a certified implant prosthetics laboratory in the Hamburg metropolitan region.
