About Zasche handling
ZASCHE handling GmbH was founded in 1932 as an engineering office for conveying technology and today develops, manufactures and sells handling systems for manual load handling with over 130 employees on approx. 7000 m² in Nördlingen. The portfolio ranges from floor-guided handling devices to articulated-jib manipulators, parallelogram manipulators, lifting axes, telescopes and stacker cats to pneumatic and electric rope balancers, easy-running crane systems, wall and column slewing cranes as well as project-specific steel construction and crane girder design. All solutions are based on a standardized handling modular system that is adapted to customer requirements, including grippers, load suspension devices, tool carriers and semi-automation. Manufacturing takes place in-house in the company's own welding shop with in-house welding engineers and certified welders; materials are steel and aluminium profiles as well as carbon for lightweight versions. Customers include companies from the automotive, electromobility, mechanical engineering, chemical, foundry, logistics and cleanroom sectors. A service portfolio covers maintenance, safety inspections by authorized crane experts, spare parts and training, also for third-party products. With service stations throughout Europe and representatives worldwide, Zasche is internationally present, with a branch office in Shanghai.
