About ZB-Holzsysteme
ZB-Holzsysteme GmbH is an owner-managed supplier founded in 2006 by Manuel zum Buttel in Rastede (Ammerland). The company manufactures made-to-measure furniture, furniture components, panel cut-outs, object fit-outs, WC cubicle systems, sliding door systems and aluminium system furniture for trades, the furniture industry, architecture, interior fit-out, object and shopfitting as well as plumbing/bathroom planners. Production includes 5-axis CNC machining of panels and wood-based materials, edge banding (ABS up to 40 mm height), painting with 2-component PUR lacquer, coating of panels with HPL, linoleum or veneer, carcass pressing, machining of mineral materials and solid wood, plus an in-house aluminium workshop with a CNC machining centre. All process steps are digitally networked: barcode-controlled, machining data is sent directly to the machines, and planning is done in the CAD/CAM system Imos. From laser measurement to planning and production through to delivery and assembly, ZB-Holzsysteme offers a full-service offering, from lot size 1 to series production.
