About Zell Metall Vertrieb GmbH

Founded in 1957, Zell Metall Vertrieb GmbH (ZMV) is a specialist in semi-finished products and technical parts made of high-performance plastics and non-ferrous metals. The product range includes round rods, hollow rods and sheets made of engineering plastics such as PA, POM, PEEK or PTFE as well as bronzes, brass and grey cast iron for highly stressed bearings and mechanical engineering components. The bronze semi-finished products are produced by continuous casting or centrifugal casting depending on diameter, or drawn, pressed and cast; plastic finished parts are produced by machining, complemented by injection-moulded parts with part weights between 0.1 and 4000 g and in-house toolmaking. With Ready Cut™ cut-to-size from the bar, ZMV supplies pre-made blanks for rapid further processing. The company's roots lie in a metal foundry started in 1949 in Zell am See; ZMV was originally part of the Klepsch Group and is today a spin-off owned by members of the Klepsch family, whose companies extrude, injection-mould and process technical plastics. The company is based in Vienna.
