Zerspanungstechnologie Poggengerd GmbH is a third-generation, owner-managed family company based in Marienfeld (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company manufactures precision parts from metal and plastic – from the sawn blank through the component to the fully assembled, customer-specific assembly. Its manufacturing capabilities include CNC turning and milling with turn-mill machining and driven tools, 5-axis machining centers, precision grinding (cylindrical, surface, thread, non-round, eccentric, polygon, contour, peel, burr-free and centerless grinding) as well as honing of cylindrical bores with Rz values below 0.5 µm. In addition, heat treatment (hardening, tempering, stress-relief annealing), surface finishing, all-around laser marking and assembly of complete units are offered. On approximately 3,000 m² of production space, of which 1,000 m² is climate-controlled, Poggengerd manufactures in multi-shift operation for mechanical engineering, mould-making and toolmaking, metrology, hydraulics and medical technology, drive technology, and aerospace. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
