Zeschky Galvanik GmbH & Co. KG is a contract service provider for corrosion-protective, decorative and functional surfaces. The company electroplatively coats components ranging from the micro screw to the heavy cast iron part with zinc, zinc-nickel and zinc-iron as well as with zinc flake systems (Dörken MKS, Magni Europe) and KTL dip coating (Axalta, BASF), complemented by passivations, sealers and nano-technology with a self-healing effect. Finishing takes place at four sites in Germany with around 245 employees in 22 fully automatic systems at a capacity of 90,000 t per year. Base materials are steel, brass, die casting, aluminium and plastic. With the Z-PROTECTION® product line, individual combinations of electroplative, organic and inorganic processes are developed, also outside the automotive sector. The scope of services includes upstream and downstream services such as washing, degreasing, polishing, vibratory finishing, sorting, assembly, packaging as well as just-in-time deliveries. The systems fulfil numerous automotive standards, among others from BMW, Mercedes-Benz (DBL), Ford, VW, Volvo, Toyota, PSA and FIAT.
