ZET-CHEMIE GmbH is a medium-sized family business headquartered in Ehingen (Donau) that develops and produces lubricants, corrosion protection and cleaners for metalworking. Founded in 1989 by Nicola and Jürgen Zimmerhackl, the company manufactures, based on more than 500 of its own formulations, coolant lubricants, cutting and grinding oils, machine oils, EDM oils, greases as well as engine and gear oils, including the mineral-oil-free coolant lubricant series ZET-viscowas. Annual production amounts to 16 million litres with 3 million litres of storage capacity, spread across four German sites. In addition to its own brand, white-label/toll manufacturing for trading partners is also offered. An in-house laboratory service additionally provides incoming and outgoing goods inspections, condition analyses of customer samples and fluid management; transport, pump service and the take-back of fluids and empty containers are also part of the service portfolio. With an export share of 25 percent, the products are represented in over 30 countries via direct sales and a trading network; customers come from machining, machine tool engineering, automotive, agricultural machinery, textile and food industries.

Quality and Environment
In the in-house laboratory, all raw materials and produced batches undergo incoming and outgoing goods inspections; in addition, condition analyses of customer samples are offered.
