ZETH Materials is a Swiss manufacturer of thermoplastic powders for selective laser sintering (SLS). Based in Ascona (Ticino), the company develops and produces materials for professional and desktop SLS printers, with research, innovation and quality control among the pillars of its business. The portfolio comprises two product lines: ZETH powders for industrial machines – from unfilled PA12 through mineral-filled polyamides to flexible TPE and TPU elastomers – and D3SK powders, which are optimised specifically for desktop SLS printers. In addition to standard materials, ZETH develops custom powder formulations with individual colours and functions. The offering also includes ZETH SEAL, a liquid sealing agent for post-processing porous TPE parts. Applications range from shoes, seals and casting patterns for investment casting to architectural models, automotive, aerospace and medical technology. ZETH is an official partner of CHROMOS Group AG and supplies customers in Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany and the EU.
