ZEUS Energie- und Umweltsysteme GmbH from Zwönitz in Saxony was founded in 1997 as a subsidiary of Fernwärmeversorgung Zwönitz GmbH and is today a production and assembly company as well as a certified welding specialist company. Its range of services includes plant engineering for combined heat and power units (natural gas, biogas, liquefied petroleum gas), boiler systems as well as local and district heating compact and house connection stations – from detailed design through prototype construction and manufacturing to commissioning and maintenance. In the company's own production hall in the Zwönitz industrial estate, its own products are manufactured in the steel and stainless steel sector: welded assemblies such as stairs, railings, brackets, supports and platforms, containers for CHP units and boiler systems as well as small-batch and contract manufacturing, including surface coating by galvanizing, RAL powder coating and wet paint. In pipeline route construction, the company installs local and district heating pipelines in steel and plastic (PE) and offers re-insulation, leak detection services and emergency response service.
