ZEWOTHERM Heating GmbH, headquartered in Remagen, is an independent family-owned company of AZ Holding and a manufacturer of surface heating and cooling systems, heat pumps, apartment stations, ventilation systems, composite pipe technology as well as photovoltaic and energy management solutions. At the heart of production is the system insulation for surface heating systems: On a highly automated deep-drawing line and fully automated laminating lines, around 2.6 million m² of system insulation are produced annually in over 5,000 customer-specific product variants. Manufacturing is complemented by plastic injection moulding for system parts such as heating pipe clips, metalworking facilities for heat conduction plates, cabinet construction of pre-assembled distribution cabinets as well as the handcrafting of the LAMBDA heat pump at joint venture ZWL Wärmepumpen Produktion GmbH. Underfloor heating pipes are manufactured at the Tholen production site (Netherlands). Through its subsidiary ZEWOTHERM OEM GmbH, the company offers OEM production and assembly services for surface heating, heat pumps and photovoltaics. Customers include HVAC trade contractors, wholesalers, the housing industry, municipal utilities and planning offices in Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
