About Zhermack
Zhermack GmbH Deutschland is the German branch of the Zhermack Group, founded in Italy in 1981, and develops, manufactures and distributes alginates, gypsums and highly technological silicones. The product range is divided into three divisions: Dental (materials and systems for dental practices and dental laboratories), Industry (mould making, body casting, prototyping and special effects for the film industry) and Wellness (materials for cosmetics, audiology and podiatry). The silicones are produced entirely in-house from raw material to finished product to ensure quality and availability; the manufacturing expertise is based on in-house research and development work in the company's own laboratory as well as cooperation with university research centres. As a direct distributor, the company sells its more than 1.000 products to dental practices and dental laboratories, supplemented by an online shop with same-day shipping for orders placed by 16:00. The German company is located in Marl am Dümmer (Lemförde) in Lower Saxony; in 2026 the merger with Dentsply IH Holdings GmbH took place and the company was deleted from the commercial register.
