About Ziegelsysteme Michael Kellerer
Ziegelsysteme Michael Kellerer GmbH & Co. KG manufactures at its own brickworks in Oberweikertshofen (Bavaria) energy-efficient masonry bricks made of fired clay for residential construction, commercial construction, as well as for architects, planners and building contractors. The product range includes filled insulation bricks such as the ZMK X6,5 with a thermal conductivity of 0,065 W/(mK) at a wall thickness of 36.5 cm, and the load-bearing ZMK-R8 for multi-family, residential and commercial buildings. The high-tech filling AdPor® is inserted into the chambers of the bricks and provides high thermal insulation values, resistance to moisture and living comfort. With the diffusion-open facade element ZMK FE175 (175 mm, bulk density class 0.50 kg/dm³), the company offers a solution for facade renovation of existing buildings. ZMK supports building owners and planners with consulting, the ZMK Selektor selection tool, EPD environmental product declarations from the Institut Bauen und Umwelt e.V., as well as technical documentation and references.
