About us
Ziegler Käsespezialitäten GmbH is a family-owned company based in Thuringia that has specialised in the converting of cheese for two generations. The company cuts, juliennes, grates, shreds and dices cheese in custom sizes and batches, as well as innovative vegan cheese substitute products. Its customers include the food processing industry (e.g. pizza, baked goods, antipasti), foodservice (catering, kitchens, wholesale) and food retail, including private labels in small batches. Production has taken place in Wutha-Farnroda since 2008 and, since August 2019, in a new plant near Eisenach with a fully automated warehouse and direct feeding to production. Processes, quality management and order processing are fully digitalised – from paperless QM to a smart portal for customers. Its own vehicle fleet and certified logistics partners ensure delivery.
