Zieglerfilm München GmbH was founded in October 2006 by Tanja Ziegler and Prof. Regina Ziegler as an independent company and is part of the Ziegler Film Group, whose original company was established in Berlin in 1973. The Munich production house develops and produces television films, feature films and series for the German and international market. The focus is on television films for private and public broadcasters such as Das Erste, ZDF, SAT.1, ARD Degeto, BR and NDR, including long-running series such as Lena Lorenz as well as individual productions such as Die Puppenspieler or Der Fall Bruckner. In addition, the company realizes feature film productions, which have been a trademark of the group from the very beginning. The goal is to reach a broad audience as an independent producer in the German and international film and television market with strong and innovative content. The management is held by the managing partners Prof. Regina Ziegler and Tanja Ziegler.
