Materials and Processes

SPR

Zinc thermal spraying

Thermal spray process using zinc wire (arc/flame) as a stress-free active corrosion protection for steel, cast iron and aluminium.

FLP

Fluoropolymer coating

2K wet paint based on fluoropolymer with a self-cleaning, highly weather-resistant surface on steel, designed for a service life of 25 years.

DUP

Duplex system

Combination of zinc thermal spraying and subsequent painting for optimal long-term protection.

SB

Sandblasting

Preparation to cleanliness grade Sa 3 with roughness depths of 20 to approx. 130 µm; satin finishing of stainless steel possible.

NFL

Commercial vehicle painting

Painting of new and used vehicles including multi-colour and warning-colour paintwork as well as corporate design implementation.

2S

2-layer painting

Solid and metallic colours for trucks, trailers and motorhomes on GRP and aluminium surfaces.
