The headquarters was founded in 1969 and has been offering system solutions for diagnostics, therapy, and aesthetic medicine for over 50 years, including procedures such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, laser, shock wave, cryotherapy with temperatures down to -110 °C, therapy beds, medical training equipment, as well as ECG, spirometry, blood pressure, and ultrasound systems. The Austrian subsidiary supports the entire federal area with six medical product consultants, supplementing sales with customer service, repair service, replacement device warranty, Zimmer Direct Leasing, as well as continuing education and workshops. The corporate group distributes its products in more than 80 countries worldwide. Since 2017, Medset (cardio-pulmonary diagnostic testing) is part of the corporate group, followed by FREI medical (training equipment, Schwarzwald) since 2019, and Enraf-Nonius (Netherlands) since 2021.
