Zimmermann Stahlbau-Engineering is a design office based in Rheinfelden, specialised in creating technical documentation for small and medium-sized steel structures. The range of services includes designs with accompanying rough static pre-dimensioning, structural calculations according to DIN EN 1993 (EC3) using the software of FRILO Software GmbH, as well as design and detailing based on Advance Steel (Graitec) and AutoCAD — from isometric project drawings and assembly and part drawings through to fabrication drawings including DSTV NC data, erection plans and bills of materials. In addition, execution from execution class I to III according to EN 1090-2 is supported by a welding engineer (SFI). Through a network, capable suppliers for steel construction and other trades are brokered; these services are procured at a previously agreed fixed price. Customers are metal fabricators, steel fabricators with order peaks, and clients in plant engineering and operating equipment.
