About zipatec

Since 1999, zipatec Montagetechnik GmbH & Co. KG has been developing and manufacturing automation solutions for assembly automation and handling technology. The company, based in Kalchreuth in the Nürnberger Land region, produces pneumatic linear modules (LM 35 to LM 70), electric linear modules with servo or stepper motor drives (LM-NC series), gripper modules, rotary modules and combined gripper/rotary modules. Thanks to consistent modular design, the components can be assembled like a puzzle system to form rotary-gripper modules, pneumatic-electric multi-axis systems and complete handling robots. All mounting surfaces of the modules are CNC-machined; guide elements and prism rails are made of hardened steel. The portfolio is complemented by mounting accessories (System 50, System 30) as well as a design engineering department for custom solutions including valves, controls and positioning controls. In addition to pneumatic drives, the company offers servo technology and stepper motors in the electric sector.
