About ZIS Metalltechnik

ZIS Metalltechnik GmbH was founded in 2013 by Wasili Stolz and Alexander Schuldeis in Döhlbergen and today operates with around 30 employees at its Langwedel site. The company manufactures metal components along the entire process chain: laser cutting of sheets up to 3000 x 1500 mm, tube laser cutting of round, square and rectangular tubes with Ø20 to Ø150 mm and up to 5800 mm in length, press braking with a 3000 mm working width and 130 t of press force, as well as mechanical machining through milling, drilling and grinding. The offering is complemented by welding technology (TIG, MIG, MAG and laser welding) as well as surface technology with stainless-steel shot peening in a blasting cabin for components up to 6800 x 3900 x 3750 mm; additional surface treatments are arranged through a partner network. The materials processed are predominantly stainless steel, steel and aluminium, with special materials available on request. Customers come from mechanical engineering, the electronics industry, architecture, art and advertising technology. Through an emergency service, the company can also be reached at short notice on weekends.
