ZITTA Kunststoffprofile GmbH is an Austrian manufacturer of plastic profiles based in Pasching near Linz. The company produces construction profiles, decorative profiles, window profiles and furniture profiles on 33 extruder lines in three-shift operation. The value chain includes in-house compounding and coloring of plastics (PVC), in-house toolmaking with CAD design, wire EDM and machining centers, as well as profile finishing. With the 3/10 formula, ZITTA delivers standard profiles from around 2,000 available profiles within 3 working days and produces tools for individual profile requirements within 10 days. Customers come from furniture manufacturing, construction and window construction.
