About ZN-Metall
ZN-Metall GmbH is an owner-managed metal processing company based in Heldenstein (Bavaria), founded in 2016 by Christian Zerbin and Andreas Nold. The focus is on contract manufacturing: sheet metal processing by punching and laser cutting up to 6 mm thickness on sheet sizes of 3,000 x 1,500 mm as well as profile processing with a profile bending machine with 120 tonnes of clamping force. Further services include sawing of light metal alloys on the circular sawing machine, cutting with a hydraulic guillotine shear, single-part to assembly mounting as well as CAD design with 3D visualization. In addition, the company manufactures stairs, railings, carports and terrace roofs and is certified for load-bearing steel components according to DIN EN 1090-2. Customers come from industry and construction as well as from the private sector; raw materials are sourced regionally.

History
- 2016
Foundation of ZN-Metall GmbH by Christian Zerbin and Andreas Nold; start in a 150 m² hall with stairs, railings and roofs for private customers.
- 2018
October: Expansion and relocation to Teising (Gewerbering 8a); development of the industrial business.
- 2026
Relocation of the company site from Teising to Heldenstein (Isenstraße 6) with direct motorway connection; focus on contract manufacturing.
