ZÖSERL Metalltechnik GmbH is an Austrian family-owned company based in Reichraming (Upper Austria) that manufactures metal components and assemblies from small quantities to series production. Its value chain covers five areas: sheet metal technology (laser cutting, press braking), tube technology (sawing, tube laser cutting, tube bending), machining (CNC turning and CNC milling), welding technology (manual, welding robots, laser welding system) and surface technology (galvanizing, electroplating, chrome plating, coating, grinding, brushing). Production is carried out to drawing in steel, aluminum and stainless steel; the output includes blanks, bent sheet metal parts, tube constructions, high-precision milled and turned parts as well as larger constructions such as railings, handrails and canopies. Founded in 1983, the company employs around 40 staff and supplies corporate customers in Austria and abroad, including agriculture, and private customers. On its premises next to the Reichraming Technology Center, sheet metal and bar stock are kept in its own storage towers.

Quality
Production is carried out to drawing with a focus on accuracy and quality of individual parts; welding work is performed by trained specialists as well as by welding robot. The company has always placed value on production that is as independent as possible in-house.

History
- 1983
Founded by Herwig Zöserl as a part-time metalworking shop in a garage in Reichraming.
- 1990
Transition to full-time self-employment; plug production becomes one of the main sources of income.
- 1994
Training of the first metalworking apprentice; expansion of the machine fleet and production premises.
- 1999
Product range expanded to include railings, handrails and canopies; increased focus on sheet metal processing and purchase of a laser cutting system.
- 2007
Opening of the new company premises in Reichraming and conversion from a sole proprietorship to a GmbH.
- 2008
Purchase of state-of-the-art production equipment, construction of two storage towers for sheet metal and bar stock as well as a covered loading area.

Ineo certification as an exemplary apprenticeship company by the WKO.

Focus on sustainability: PV system, e-charging stations for cars and e-bikes, air conditioning of the company building using groundwater.
