About us

ZOEWIE (Zöllner-Wiethoff GmbH) is a manufacturer of sustainable gift packaging based in Neustadt bei Coburg with a production site in Sonneberg. The company produces printed gift wrap, gift bags and displays as well as private-label products. Printing and finishing are carried out in flexo and rotogravure on paper (30 to 200 g/m²), carton liner up to 300 g/m² and films – for around 50 years exclusively with water-based printing inks and varnishes. More than 200 million linear meters of paper are printed each year. In 2021, a highly automated CI flexo press Evo XG 8+1 (600 m/min, print width 1450 mm) with an integrated rotogravure unit for front and back printing as well as inline coating was commissioned; in addition, three rotogravure presses with up to six colours and a print width of up to 1400 mm are in operation. The range of services includes prepress, back printing, coating, converting, trading in gift bags and packaging as well as logistics. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and holds the EU Ecolabel for gift wrap.
