About Zosel Crimping
Zosel Crimping is an owner-managed company from Saarbrücken specializing in permanent connections by centric crimping. At its core is the in-house developed pneumatic crimping machine with toggle-lever principle, which joins thin-walled sleeves and tubes with cables or hoses – as a cable press, hose press or for special crimping applications such as lids, large components, triple crimping or crimping in solid material. A lateral insertion slot (22 mm clear opening) allows long and bulky parts to be loaded without threading through. Crimp diameters from 2 to 55 mm are covered, and the crimp dimensions are queried electronically. In addition to machine sales, the company offers contract and sample crimping, the manufacture of custom-fit crimping dies made of hardened tool steel, as well as the design and construction of special versions, attachments and fixtures. The company emerged in 1996 as Zosel Pressen under the leadership of Dr.-Ing. Folker Zosel and has been managed by Detmar Zosel since 2021.

Founded as Zosel Pressen by Dr.-Ing. Folker Zosel; the crimping machines have been on the market for over 25 years.

In mid-2021, son Detmar Zosel took over production, further development and sales under the new company name Zosel Crimping.
